This time we will be supported by the spirit of Cacao and world famous ecstatic dance DJ Pascal de Lacaze (resident DJ at Ecstatic Dance Berlin).
Give yourself time and space to explore and passionately express yourself, in your own dancing way.
This is an Ecstatic Laboratory and we will use Free-Form Movement meditation to:
* explore our ecstatic potential
* release the stress, tensions in the body
* express our authentic nature
* celebrate life, all that is, body, mind, heart, spirit
