During pregnancy yoga can be a wonderful way to feel calm and energized, whilst also strengthening oneself physically and mentally in preparation for childbirth, all in a safe and supportive space. Women, who followed this class during pregnancy, often reported having felt confident and well prepared for the challenge of labour and birth. We will learn movements and breathing techniques that really work, and have proven benefits.
This class will be lead by Aija Devi, certified yoga and prenatal yoga teacher, mother of three, and yoga doula in training.
