Emotional Release

Several active meditations on this workshop – that will help get rid of unnecessary, accumulated emotions, tension in the body, help to restore energy flow in the body and fill yourself with a new and fresh energy. This will allow you to return to your feelings in the body, to express your inner world, and to feel the lightness, joy, relaxation and influx of new energy. 

Meditation combines both breathing techniques and motion therapy as well as work with your energy.
